Article: Hop Head High School – IPA 101 – Hallertau

Spend a day at Hallertau learning how to brew the perfect IPA. From kettle hopping to dry hop timings and a few Hallertau secrets. Perfect that ‘in your face’ hop aroma that will impress yourself and your friends. A reasonable level of home brewing skill is an advantage. This 1 day course will include brewing theory, brewer Q & A, beer tasting, a brewery tour, lunch and you’ll leave with 20L of wort to ferment at home and an exclusive Hop Head High cap. Spaces are limited.
